AHM Consultancy (Asset Holdings Matrix)
 

1. Our Commitment

AHM Consultancy (Asset Holdings Matrix) is committed to ensuring that our digital platforms are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities and the elderly. We view accessibility not as a compliance checkbox, but as a core component of how we design, build, and maintain our digital presence. We continually work to improve the usability of our website for everyone, regardless of ability or the technology used to access it.
 

2. Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), the standard referenced in the Saudi Digital Government Authority's (DGA) guideline on web accessibility for digital platforms in the Kingdom. Where full conformance has not yet been achieved across every page or feature, we are actively working toward it as part of our ongoing accessibility roadmap.
 

3. Measures We Take to Support Accessibility

We take the following steps to maintain and improve the accessibility of our website:

  • Embedding accessibility considerations into our internal design and development policies from the outset of any project, rather than as a retrofit;

  • Providing accessibility awareness and training for relevant staff involved in website content, design, and development;

  • Conducting periodic accessibility reviews and testing, including the use of automated auditing tools and manual checks with assistive technologies;

  • Applying accessible design principles, including sufficient color contrast, clear navigation structure, keyboard operability, and text alternatives for non, text content, to all new development and content updates;

  • Considering both Arabic and English language users in our accessibility approach, including appropriate support for right, to, left (RTL) text rendering.
     

4. Technical Specifications

Accessibility of our Website relies on the following technologies to work correctly with the particular combination of browser and any assistive technologies installed: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
 

5. Known Limitations

Despite our ongoing efforts, some content or features may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations may include:

  • Third, party content or embedded tools (such as external booking widgets or social media feeds) that are not under our direct control and may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA;

  • Legacy documents (such as older PDFs) published prior to our current accessibility practices, which we are progressively reviewing and remediating.

We are actively working to address these limitations and welcome feedback on any barriers you encounter.
